Items Purchased on our website

Returns and exchanges are easy. Here’s how they work: we enclose an invoice with every order. If you need to return or exchange an item, simply circle the item on the invoice and enclose the invoice with your return. Unwanted items should be returned within 30 days of purchase, be packaged carefully, and be in unused condition.

Eyebobs will promptly process your return and credit your card. We will charge your card for any replacement items ordered, at the time of shipment. Please note we do not credit for shipping charges. Also it is a good idea to insure your return. Eyebobs is not responsible for uninsured shipments.

Please make returns or exchanges directly to the store where originally purchased.
