Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Education or Experience

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders
  • Ability to interpret special instructions to ensure error free shipments
  • Ability to use a scanner to verify out-going shipments
  • Verify incoming shipments and stock the warehouse as needed
  • Keep warehouse organized

eyebobs Senior Executive Assistant

Job Description:

eyebobs is in search of a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant. Must have great attention to detail with the ability to provide a full range of executive administrative, calendar, meeting and travel support to the eyebobs executive team.

Job Requirements:

  • Provides executive level support to eyebobs’ senior leadership
  • Coordination and management of complex internal and external executive meetings and schedules
  • Plan and communicate information about eyebobs internal and external events
  • Assist with site selection, coordination, travel and event planning for eyebobs’ annual strategic planning meeting
  • Coordination of off-site meetings as requested by the executive team
  • Coordination and management of complex internal and external leadership meetings and schedules
  • Heavy calendar management requiring interaction with both internal and external contacts, executives, attorneys, accountants and assistants and making decisions that require no supervision
  • Day to day interaction with CEO/CFO and other executives within eyebobs and within NEP
  • Management of eyebobs CRM tool as needed
  • Create and manage heavy business travel schedule, both domestic and international, for executive team
  • Accurate production and submission of expense reports for executives
  • Manage company-issued credit card billings
  • Provide administrative support, including word processing and preparation of routine correspondence, presentations, etc. using various software applications
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing high performance environment. 
  • Attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds job responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • The ability to reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to effectively communicate with customers via phone and written communications. i.e. correspondence, business letters, emails, etc.
  • Assist in special projects assigned by CEO or other duties as assigned by management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products such as Excel, Outlook, Word. Knowledge in NetSuite is seen as a plus. 
  • Position includes but is not limited to these tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Professional phone demeanor – answers telephone calls and conveys clear messages
  • Makes meeting arrangements and coordinates travel accordingly in the most effective manner
  • Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications
  • Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and NetSuite
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to-day activities
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Self Starter, with ability to work independently
  • 3 years+ previous executive assistant experience
  • BA or BS degree required or equivalent work experience
