This week's issue of The New Yorker features the article Four Eyes in which writer Patricia Marx had these nice things to say about eyebobs:

…A few notches above the drugstore glasses are Eyebobs, designed with flair, by the Minneapolis-based Julie Allinson, for the “irreverent and slightly jaded.” They come in hundreds of styles, with names like Catcher in the Eye, Adult Supervision, What Inheritance?, and Good Listener (eyebobs.com, and lots of stores, including McNally Jackson, 52 Prince Street).
