Kaiser of Customer Care
The man in black
A quick wit, an aptitude for solving eyewear woes and a commitment to black t-shirts and Converse All Stars that can only be described as “Zuckerberg-esque;” these, my friends, are the elements of a customer service legend. And Pat is nothing if not legendary. With a background in music writing, he has a serious knack for communicating with our awesome customers. So if you have questions, comments or simply want to wax intellectual about the best alt-rock bands of the 1990’s, give Pat a call.
Hey now, he’s an all star
When he isn’t at eyebobs, you will find Pat immersed in anything and everything musical; attending live shows, writing about said live shows, and leading a senior citizen’s hip hop dance troupe in an upcoming performance set to “Good Vibrations” by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. (That last statement is WAY better if you don’t fact-check. Just “feel it, feel it!”) Pat is also well-known for “spending an almost unhealthy amount of time and money” at record stores. His love of music runs so deep that he’s been mistaken, on frequent occasion, for The Decemberists’ Colin Meloy, LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy and that spiky-haired stalwart of late 90’s bro-rock, Smashmouth’s Steve Harwell. Though, when you incessantly walk around singing “Walking on the Sun,” such things are to be expected.
