Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Experience Representative will work with our customers to resolve any questions, or problems, they might face in an accurate and efficient manner. We believe that our customers and team members are the keys to our long-term success.  As such, we are looking for high energy, positive people to make sure we live up to our customer promise in every way.

You have already accomplished (required):

  • Highschool graduate
  • Optical related knowledge; typically obtained through a retail environment or by working at a lab

You may have already accomplished (preferred):

  • 2 years of fast-paced customer service experience
  • 2 years of call center experience
  • Optical related knowledge and American Board of Opticians (ABO) Certified

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage general customer calls and answer inquires related to orders, product questions, etc.
  • Maintain and respond to all customer correspondences such as emails, mail, etc.
  • Responsible for educating customers on Rx frames, lenses and basic measurements
  • Responsible for collecting, documenting and entering customer Rx orders, returns and exchanges
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Opens and maintains customers’ accounts
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services

Other Details:

  • Normal Business Hours 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Saturday
  • Position is Full Time
  • Scheduled days off may not be consecutive
  • Work is primarily at desk, no specific physical requirements are necessary

Part-Time Customer Experience Representative

  • Highschool graduate
  • 2+ years of customer service or retail sales position

You may have already accomplished (preferred):

  • 4+ years of fast-paced customer service experience
  • Optical related knowledge

  • Position is less than 40 hours worked per week

Customer Fulfillment Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Fulfillment Representative reports to the Fulfillment Manager and is responsible for preparing shipments for eyebobs key accounts. This position will accurately pick, pack, and ship major customers and will verify incoming shipments and stock the warehouse as needed. The Customer Fulfillment Representative is also responsible for taking phone orders and providing basic customer service duties is essential in this position.

You have already accomplished (required):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

You may have already accomplished (preferred):

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration

What YOU are good at:

  • Knowledge of Vender Net and EDI software applications
  • Understanding of shipping concepts and carrier details
  • Proficient in use of email and internet
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Strong attention to detail

Detailed Responsibilities (Customer Fulfillment Representative):

  • Accurately pick, pack and ship orders
  • Ability to understand department store and catalog customers unique/special labeling and shipping instructions to ensure error free shipments
  • Ability to accurately invoice orders and collect payments due at time of shipment
  • Verify incoming shipments and stock the warehouse as needed
  • Keep warehouse organized to be efficient and effective
  • Take phone orders and provide basic customer service skills

  • Normal Business Hours 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday
