Returns and exchanges
Items purchased at a retail store must be returned to that location. eyebobs does not offer returns/exchanges for items purchased at a retail store.
For US returns
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return or exchange new, unworn, unaltered, merchandise purchased directly from eyebobs. To return your items, just send back the frames in a sturdy, cardboard mailing box. Please note, eyebobs is not responsible for frames lost in the mail or for damage incurred if frames are sent in envelopes or unsecure boxes. Make sure to fill out the return/exchange form included with your order. If you do not have your return/exchange form, please include a note with the return letting us know what you are requesting. Upon receipt, eyebobs will quickly process your refund or ship your exchange. A frame returned for refund without its case will be credited minus the case’s retail price ($6 to $12). eyebobs does not refund shipping charges.
“Free Gift with Purchase” Return Policy – You are welcome to keep your “free gift with purchase” item, even if you return the item you purchased. If you choose to keep the “free gift with purchase” item, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the gift.

For exchanges, please include the name, style number, color number, and magnification of the pair you would like. Missing information may delay processing of your exchange.
RETURN POSTAGE: For your convenience, your shipment from eyebobs will include a handy FedEx, USPS or UPS label. If you use the convenience label, we will deduct $7.00 from your refund.
If you are a returning eyebobs customer who completed your purchase while logged in to your account, you may also print a convenience label from your account dashboard.
FedEx returns: Please attach the return shipping label to any sturdy cardboard mailing box. You may place your return in a FedEx dropbox (find one here: http://www.fedex.com/us/dropbox/), drop it off at any FedEx Office location, or set up an account and schedule a pickup here: http://www.fedex.com/us/fcl/pckgenvlp/pickup/
USPS returns: Please attach the return shipping label to a USPS Priority Mail Flatrate Box. Use the box we sent you or purchase a new USPS Priority Mail Flatrate Box from your local post office. You may place your return in a blue USPS mailbox, hand it off to your mail carrier, or drop off at any USPS office.
UPS returns: Please attach the return shipping label to any sturdy cardboard mailing box. You may drop off your return at a UPS store or other designated UPS pickup location, or arrange pickup with your UPS carrier.
For International Returns
Please send your new, unworn eyebobs and a copy of your return/exchange form within 60 days of purchase in a sturdy, cardboard mailing box to the address above. Please note, eyebobs is not responsible for frames lost in the mail or for damage incurred if frames are sent in envelopes or unsecure boxes. A frame returned for refund without its case will be credited minus the case’s retail price ($6 to $12). eyebobs does not provide return postage for international orders. We recommend you obtain insurance and tracking for your return shipment. International exchanges will incur a shipping charge, which is automatically charged to the mode of payment used in the original transaction. The shipping method for exchanges will be the same method selected on the original order.
