For eyebobs purchased at a retail store, returns or exchanges are subject to the store's policy and must be made at the store directly.

Returns and exchanges are easy. Every order includes an Exchange/Return form. If you need to return or exchange an item, fill out the form completely and enclose it with your return. Unwanted items should be returned within 30 days of purchase, be packaged in a sturdy cardboard mailing box, and be in unused condition. You are responsible for returning the frame(s) to eyebobs.

For orders shipping in the U.S., eyebobs will ship your exchange back to you at no charge. International exchanges will incur a return shipping charge. Please note: This offer does not apply to multiple exchanges on the same order. eyebobs will promptly process your return and credit your card. We will charge your card for any replacement items ordered at the time of shipment.

Please note: We do not credit for shipping charges. We recommend you insure your return. Eyebobs is not responsible for uninsured shipments.
