Returns and exchanges
Items purchased at a retail store must be returned to that location. eyebobs does not offer returns/exchanges for items purchased at a retail store.
For US returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new glasses. If we didn’t nail it the first time, let’s fix that! We are happy to work with you on any issues; whether it’s frame fit, style, prescription or anything else that’s just not quite right.
You may return or exchange new, unworn, unaltered, merchandise purchased directly from eyebobs within 90 days of purchase for reader orders, or 90 days for prescription orders. Give us a call at 888-414-1257 or email email@example.com – we’d be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Our Customer Service team is ready and waiting to help take you from “meh” to “OMG, I LOVE my eyebobs!”
“Free Gift with Purchase” Return Policy – You are welcome to keep your “free gift with purchase” item, even if you return the item you purchased. If you choose to keep the “free gift with purchase” item, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the gift.
RETURN POSTAGE: For your convenience, eyebobs will send a handy FedEx, USPS or UPS label. If you use the convenience label, we will deduct $7.00 from your refund.
For International Returns
Even though you’re not in the US, we still want to make sure you’re madly in love with your new eyebobs. While we cannot provide return shipping labels for our international friends, we’d still be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please give us a call at 866-393-2627 or email firstname.lastname@example.org – we’ll walk you through the best way to return your purchase.
