Lens Replacements
If you’re squinting more than usual, don’t panic! We can help.
Begin by selecting the Lens Replacement service (from the buttons below!). Once you’re on the lens page, simply select the diopter (or upload your prescription!) that you would like for the replacement – NOT the one you currently have – add the details for your frame, and add to your shopping cart. Once you complete the checkout process, you will be charged the lens replacement cost immediately and emailed a pre-paid return label (look for an email from pkginfo@ups.com) within 1 business day for domestic orders.
Once we receive your frames, they will be sent to our lab to be custom made based on your needs and shipped back to you within 10 business days of when we receive them from you. Don't worry - we will send you a little love note when we have processed your frames for new lenses. That’s all, folks!
PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, we’re unable to update older frames with new lenses due to wear and tear. Frames that are several years old or more fragile may be at higher risk of damage during the lens replacement process. If we cannot complete your lens replacement, we will send them back to you and refund you the amount you paid for the lens replacement.
Due to the size of the lenses, half-rim glasses are not equipped for some lens replacement options. Progressive readers (all-day readers), progressive prescription glasses, blue light reading glasses, full lens reader sunglasses, or polarized sunglasses are not compatible.
