We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new glasses. If we didn’t nail it the first time, let’s fix that! We offer free returns and we are happy to work with you on any issues; whether it’s frame fit, style, prescription or anything else that’s just not quite right.
Not sure the frame you received is perfect? Book a Personal Styling appointment and we can assist with selecting a new frame with your exchange code.
You may return or exchange new, unworn, unaltered, merchandise purchased directly from eyebobs within 90 days of purchase. Give us a call at 866-393-2627 or email email@example.com – we’d be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Our Customer Service team is ready and waiting to help take you from “meh” to “OMG, I LOVE my eyebobs!”
“Free Gift with Purchase” Return Policy – You are welcome to keep your “free gift with purchase” item, even if you return the item you purchased. If you choose to keep the “free gift with purchase” item, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the gift.

For your convenience, you can print return postage after completing our online return form . If you made your purchase at an eyebobs store location, please contact us and we’ll send one via email.

Even though you’re not in the US, we still want to make sure you’re madly in love with your new eyebobs. While we cannot provide return shipping labels for our international friends, we’d still be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
