For any purchases made prior to November 3rd, 2021 that are within the 90-day return window, we will be honoring an even exchange for new frames with the same lens type. Please give us a call at 866-393-2627, email us at email@example.com or chat us on the website to assist you with your exchange.
FOR U.S. RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new glasses. If we didn’t nail it the first time, let’s fix that! We offer free returns and we are happy to work with you on any issues; whether it’s frame fit, style, prescription or anything else that’s just not quite right.
Not sure the frame you received is perfect? Book a Personal Styling appointment and we can assist with selecting a new frame with your exchange code.
You may return or exchange new, unworn, unaltered, merchandise purchased directly from eyebobs within 90 days of purchase. Give us a call at 866-393-2627 or email firstname.lastname@example.org – we’d be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Our Customer Service team is ready and waiting to help take you from “meh” to “OMG, I LOVE my eyebobs!”
“Free Gift with Purchase” Return Policy – You are welcome to keep your “free gift with purchase” item, even if you return the item you purchased. If you choose to keep the “free gift with purchase” item, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the gift.

For your convenience, you can print return postage after completing our online return form . If you made your purchase at an eyebobs store location, please contact us and we’ll send one via email.

eyebobs purchased at one of our awesome retail partners must be returned to that location in accordance with their return policies.
FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Even though you’re not in the US, we still want to make sure you’re madly in love with your new eyebobs. While we cannot provide return shipping labels for our international friends, we’d still be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Begin by selecting the Lens Replacement service (from the link above!). Once you’re on the service page, simply select the diopter that you would like – NOT the one you currently have – and add to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, there will a text box to enter the frame name or style number that you will be sending in for the replacement – this information will really help us complete the process quickly and accurately, getting you back to that eyebobs life ASAP! Complete the checkout process and choose the $0.00 shipping method. You will be charged the lens replacement cost immediately and emailed a pre-paid return label within 1 business day. Once we receive your frames that are in mint condition but in need of lens replacement, they will be sent to our lab to be custom made based on your needs and shipped back to you within 10 business days of when we receive them from you. Don't worry - we will send you a little love note when we have processed your frames for new lenses. That’s all, folks!
Reader Lens Replacement - If it’s time to upgrade your power, we can replace pairs of reader lenses for a $50 charge.
Blue Light Lens Replacement - If it’s time to upgrade your power, we can replace pairs of Blue Light reader or plano lenses for a $70 charge.
