If your new spectacles aren’t spectacularly suited to you, let’s go ahead and fix that, shall we? Allow us to break it down for you: we’ve made our return and exchange process effortless, so you can get back to being effortlessly good-looking (in more ways than one).
First thing’s first: you have 90 days to decide if your new frames are The Ones. If not, we offer free returns and exchanges for new, unworn, unaltered eyebobs. Sans sneaky shipping costs, sans sweat. Phew!
∙ Keep in mind that, as the name implies, final sale frames cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once you’ve decided to exchange or return your ‘bobs, click here to fill out our online return form. Just enter your order number or the email you used to make your purchase, and we’ll do the rest. Please allow for up to 4 business days for eyebobs HQ to process your return.
After completing the online return form, you can print out your return postage and send your frames on their way. If you made your purchase at an eyebobs store location, contact us and we’ll send your return postage via email. Easy-peasy, right?
∙ If you purchased your eyebobs from one of our awesome retail partners, they’ll need to be returned to that location in accordance with their return policies.
If you’re a technophobe or are returning your eyebobs from a location outside the U.S., worry not. Give us a ring at 866-393-2627 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll walk you through the best way to return your purchase. No fuss, no muss.
