Measure Your Pupillary Distance.

Pupillary Distance (PD) is the space between your pupils. Everyone’s eyes are spaced differently, so this measurement helps us make sure your prescription lenses work for you. Without it, your vision could turn out blurry.

If you have any issues with the measurement, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team via the chat box on our website or at 866-393-2627.

DIY PRINT @ HOME

GET YOUR TOOLS.

Use your own metric ruler or print our guide above. To print this page, you must download THEN print to ensure it prints to scale. In your print settings, use the ‘No scale’ or ‘Actual size’ setting. When printed at the correct scale, the card should be the size of a credit card.

GRAB A FRIEND.

Have a friend hold the ruler horizontally against your brow, keeping your face straight. Currently solo? No worries, a mirror will do the trick!

MEASURE UP

Align the zero directly above the center of your right pupil. Without moving the ruler, follow it over to your left eye and read the measurement directly over the center of your left pupil.

TAKE NOTE OF YOUR MEASUREMENTS

Take down your PD measurements. While you're checking out with your favorite frames, enter those measurements during the enter PD step of checkout. The PD tool will give you one number (ex: 62mm), just split that number in half for Left (31mm) and Right (31mm) Eye at checkout and you'll be seeing clearly in no time!
