OutFront Minnesota has spent the past 36 years fighting for equality, including helping to ban conversion therapy in Minnesota, and even successfully passed a nondiscrimination law for the entire state of Minnesota that included sexual orientation and gender identity as protected statuses in 1993. The three pillars of the organization are anti-violence, policy/organization, and educational equity.
