- If you already have a frame and are looking to have the lenses replaced with a prescription the lens replacement will range from $150 for single vision prescription to $250 for progressive lenses. This does not include any additional modifications like thinner lenses or polarization. If you are looking to purchase a new frame with us, you would just add $95 to the prices above.
